If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original box and include all manuals and accessories provided at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
